1.Core Research Directions
This project focuses on the practical application and innovative research of artificial intelligence technology in basic and higher education. It systematically explores the comprehensive value of AI-enabled education development, covering the profound impacts, practical advantages, and existing challenges of artificial intelligence applied in educational scenarios.
The project places particular emphasis on research regarding AI agents supporting student learning. The key research paradigms include AI tutoring, intelligent academic feedback, personalized learning support, and teacher-in-the-loop (human-machine collaborative teaching) approaches. The project aims to explore innovative paths and practical solutions for the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence and teaching practice.
2. Eligible Cooperation Candidates
In accordance with the research demands of the Croatian cooperative team, we prioritize recruiting professors and professional researchers from domestic universities with relevant research expertise. The specific requirements are as follows:
a. Preferred Faculties: Teacher education, pedagogy, social informatics, educational technology, and other interdisciplinary related faculties;
b. Research Fields: Candidates should have long-term research experience and solid academic foundations in educational artificial intelligence, learning analytics, AI agents, smart education, human-machine collaborative teaching, and other related interdisciplinary topics;
c. Cooperation Willingness: Candidates shall be willing to participate in international transnational research projects and conduct regular academic exchanges, joint research, and project collaboration with Croatian research teams.
3. Cooperation Overview
This Sino-Croatian project is a bilateral academic cooperation initiative. Selected researchers will cooperate closely with professional Croatian research teams to jointly promote project research, academic achievement refinement, and international academic exchanges, facilitating global scientific innovation and achievement transformation in the field of AI in education.
